Cancellation Policy

At Ensoul Mind Body & Breath, we’re committed to providing a supportive and smooth experience for every client. To honour the time and energy that goes into each session, we kindly ask that you review our updated cancellation policy below.

Rescheduling

You’re welcome to reschedule your session at no extra cost if you notify us at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment time.

Cancellations

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled session will incur a 50% fee.

No-shows will be charged the full session fee and will not be eligible for rescheduling.

Emergencies

We understand that life happens. If you experience an emergency or unforeseen circumstance, please contact us directly—exceptions may be made at our discretion.

Confirmation

If you reschedule your session, a confirmation email will be sent to you with your new appointment details. Please retain this for your records.
